We like to keep things simple, straightforward, and stress-free.

Buying a bike should be exciting — not stressful. That’s why we do things a little differently at 1stbike.

Once you’ve chosen your bike, a £50 deposit secures it. We’ll then arrange a convenient delivery time, and when we arrive, we’ll walk you through the bike in person — everything from controls to features — so you feel comfortable and confident before you ride away.

When your funds have cleared, the paperwork is handled on the spot, and you’re free to head off on your new bike. If, for any reason, you decide it’s not for you, no problem — we’ll take it back, no questions asked.

Most of our bikes are delivered directly to buyers, and we know that can feel like a big decision — especially if you’re new to riding. We do everything we can to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting.

Every motorbike comes with:

• A detailed video walkthrough
• A full pre-delivery inspection
• A 60-day warranty (unless stated otherwise)
